What do Chelsea Clinton and these Red Velvet cupcakes have in common???  They are both Gluten Free! Who knew?  With our younger two children joining Martin and Myles as diagnosed with gluten intolerance it feels like the whole world has a sensitivity!  At this point we have a totally gluten free home! 
It's funny, since opening 4580 not only has our family become more knowledgeable about what is gluten free and what gluten free products taste good, but as restaurant owners, food allergies have become a larger focus.  It's almost as if our opening 4580 helped our family grow and accept our allergies.  Helping others at the restaurant find gluten free items on our menu and subsequently moving our menu towards a more naturally gluten free selection as helped us understood more about our own bodies and health issues.  The two have created a perfect circle, one that I know we will continue to expand!
